With over 15 years of professional experience, I have worked with private developers, public agencies, and nonprofits to provide both technical and strategic advisory services for projects that range in size and complexity, from public squares to regional strategic development plans.
Technical Services

Physical and strategic planning. Layout and design work including: urban frameworks, block and road structure, road design, public spaces, urban mobility, mixed-use development, new district and city development, housing, transit-oriented communities, resiliency planning

Translate client priorities and objectives into narrative and physical planning scenarios for evaluation. Develop objective metrics to measure scenario performance.

Work with clients to identify project priorities and objectives for development. Create actionable items and strategies to implement priorities into practice

Project management experience including staff utilization and training, business growth, Request for Proposal generation and responses. Experience leading large-scale, complicated projects and teams, from concept design to implementation and including budgets, schedules, critical path items, and coordination.
